Write a Post
You must 1st register if you want to write a post. Type in a username and your email address. Your password will be emailed to you. You should receive an email within 30min. Log in and click on write a new post. Fire away and tick on the relevant category when finished. Thereafter click on submit for review.
Upload a Photo
You must 1st register if you want to write a post. Type in a username and your email address. Your password will be emailed to you. Log in and click on write a new post. Write your message and click on add an image ( next to Upload/insert ) to add a photo. Then click on Select files to find the photo on your computer. Follow the prompts and click on Insert into post. Click on the relevant category and remember to click on submit for review.
Upload a Video
Register on You tube. Upload your video and copy the text that are right next to the title Embed. Go to Write a Post on the blog and click the button HTML. Paste the text that you have copied before. Click the button Visual and write any other text that you like to. Tick the relevant category and click on submit for review.
